1. Battery design requirements for 24V20Ah intelligent cleaning robot

According to the customer’s requirements and specifications and local conditions, we design a battery that meets environmental requirements and matches the host. Add battery heating module to the design. When the temperature exceeds -25 degrees, the device can be charged and discharged normally. It solves the shortcomings of poor charging safety of traditional lithium batteries below 0 degrees. Let the equipment run continuously in extremely harsh environments.

1) Battery shape requirements: use a square aluminum shell lithium phosphate battery (LP2770134-8S1P/20Ah/25.6V).

1) Powder coated metal shell. The metal shell is exquisitely designed according to customer requirements, and the surface is sprayed with black powder, which effectively protects the shell from oxidation and discoloration due to environmental influences. There are four special sockets on the shell for charging, discharging, temperature sensing and heating. The insulating layer uses an insulating material with a thickness of about 5 mm. 2) Protection board (PCM).

3) Over-current protection chip (PTC): Mainly designed as a secondary protection function. The regenerative PTC fuse has the dual functions of overcurrent protection and automatic recovery.
