If there is a granular binder or thickener, you must increase the mixing time or modify the mixing process;

5. After adding the conductive agent and active materials, the slurry should be uniform, without gathering particles, and eliminate air bubbles in the slurry. Positive viscosity: 4000-10000mpa. S. Negative viscosity: 1500MPa. The viscosity and solid content of the slurry are very important to the coating process.
